PhD Project

The PhD Project was founded to advance diversity in the workplace by starting in the classroom. They facilitate African-Americans, Hispanic-Americans, and Native Americans in the process to attain their PhD in business schools. Courtney has been a member of the PhD Project since 2013. She also served as the Management Doctoral Student Association's Secretary from 2018-2019. In addition, she has mentored tens of prospective doctoral students, with many granted admission into Management, Marketing, and Accounting PhD programs.
